JOB SUMMARY: The Onsite Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at a specific location or facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
  • Supervise and lead on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operation.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor and manage day to day operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Recruiting and on-boarding of on-site personnel to assure uninterrupted production of client.
  • Responsible for the timely distribution of daily reports, weekly reports as well as monthly reports.
  • Implement and enforce both company as well as client policies and procedures.
  • Process weekly payroll for all on-site employees.
  • Keep employees’ records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for the clients associates with the on-site operations.
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relations with key customer associates.
Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during on-site operations.
  • Implement proactive solution to prevent future problems.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with both on-site staff and upper management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must have at least 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or Human Resources support experience.
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.Organizational Skills: Strong Organizational and time management skills.Working Conditions: The Onsite Staffing Manager may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, depending on the clients work schedule.
