JOB SUMMARY: The Onsite Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at a specific location or facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Monitor and manage day to day operations to meet organizational goals.
- Recruiting and on-boarding of on-site personnel to assure uninterrupted production of client.
- Responsible for the timely distribution of daily reports, weekly reports as well as monthly reports.
- Implement and enforce both company as well as client policies and procedures.
- Process weekly payroll for all on-site employees.
- Keep employees’ records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for the clients associates with the on-site operations.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relations with key customer associates.
- Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during on-site operations.
- Implement proactive solution to prevent future problems.
- Communicate effectively with both on-site staff and upper management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must have at least 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or Human Resources support experience.
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
