$30-38 hourly
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM  
 
 
 
 
Requirements of position




  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, maintenance/troubleshooting, repairing engines for all fuel, engine including transfer switch and/or switch gear. Proficient using computers and field service software.
  2. Work well under pressure, in all weather condition 24/7.
  3. Ability to handle multiple duties and tasks safely.
  4. Strong mechanical skills.
  5. Must be very familiar with working tools standard / metric conversions measurement.
  6. Able to read and work with the Electrician's Volts Multimeter.
  7. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  8. Must be available and willing to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and answer rotating on-call shifts.
  9. Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment as well as a forklift in accordance to OSHA regulations.
  10. If hired, must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and have a valid and clean Florida Driver’s License.
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. Must know how to troubleshoot, problem solve, load bank, knowledge of ats systems and be familiar with generator controls.
  2. Self-motivated, customer-service driven-technicians with a respected background of following established procedures as well as engaging in complex problem-solving to provide solutions to generator issues in the field.
  3. Capable of thorough understanding mechanical and electrical theory and application.
  4. Able to communicate effectively with customers of varying levels of technical expertise to clearly explain issues, and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Can communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels within the company as well as with equipment manufacturers and other vendors.
  6. Ability to mentor other service technicians by sharing their knowledge and experience.
•          Organized and focused, managing their time well and not letting anything fall through the cracks.
