Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, maintenance/troubleshooting, repairing engines for all fuel, engine including transfer switch and/or switch gear. Proficient using computers and field service software.
- Work well under pressure, in all weather condition 24/7.
- Ability to handle multiple duties and tasks safely.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Must be very familiar with working tools standard / metric conversions measurement.
- Able to read and work with the Electrician's Volts Multimeter.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must be available and willing to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and answer rotating on-call shifts.
- Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment as well as a forklift in accordance to OSHA regulations.
- If hired, must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and have a valid and clean Florida Driver’s License.

Responsibilities of position

- Must know how to troubleshoot, problem solve, load bank, knowledge of ats systems and be familiar with generator controls.
- Self-motivated, customer-service driven-technicians with a respected background of following established procedures as well as engaging in complex problem-solving to provide solutions to generator issues in the field.
- Capable of thorough understanding mechanical and electrical theory and application.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers of varying levels of technical expertise to clearly explain issues, and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Can communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels within the company as well as with equipment manufacturers and other vendors.
- Ability to mentor other service technicians by sharing their knowledge and experience.
• Organized and focused, managing their time well and not letting anything fall through the cracks.
