| The JobSquad is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our client in a fully remote role. We can only consider applicants who currently live in the state of New Jersey. Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of professional work experience • 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to focus on repetitive data tasks with strong attention to detail • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in business processing or back-office support • Prior customer service or sales experience • Strong computer and data-entry accuracy • Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills • Typing speed of 45–50 WPM • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Positive attitude and professionalism • Ability to work limited overtime as needed |
