· 2+ years of customer service or call center experience required

Responsibilities of position

Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy

· Strive for First Call Resolution while meeting performance metrics such as calls per hour, quality scores, handle time, and attendance adherence

· Follow assigned schedules, breaks, and login expectations consistently

· Accurately document all call activity and account updates across multiple systems

· Adhere to all compliance, confidentiality, and client-specific requirements

· Participate in daily coaching and continuous improvement sessions
