To support our Northwest, Arkansas locations. This a Full-Service Recruiting position and plays a crucial role in the hiring process by attracting and assessing multilingual candidates for various positions. This role is essential for companies looking to enhance their workforce with diverse talent.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment

 

• Implement creative recruiting techniques to attract multilingual candidates.

 

• Identify and contact qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.

 

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.

 

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

 

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position.

 

• Keep hiring managers informed about candidate progress and recruitment needs.

 

Communication and Documentation

 

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 

• Document candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
