Qualifications & Skills
  • Recent college graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Management
  • Strong interest in leadership, management, and career growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work and travel within the United States as business needs require
  • Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience

About the RoleWe are seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join a Management Trainee – Leadership Development Program with one of our clients. This structured, 12-month program is designed to fast-track high-potential talent into a guaranteed leadership role upon successful completion.From day one, you will gain hands-on experience in core business operations, take on increasing responsibility, and develop the leadership skills needed to manage teams, drive performance, and support operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term management career.
Program Overview
  • Participate in a comprehensive 12-month leadership development program
  • Gain early exposure to day-to-day operations and decision-making
  • Rotate through key business functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Fleet/Asset Management, and Performance Management
  • Receive structured training in communication, conflict resolution, sales strategies, and problem-solving
  • Work closely with senior leaders and managers to learn leadership best practices
  • Graduate into a leadership or management role upon successful program completion
