The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Customer Care Returns Representative to work at a company located in the Warsaw, IN area!

 $18 M-F 8:30am-5pm 2 days in-office 3 days remote

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 
  1. Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation and written communication skills; professional presence and behavior.  
  2. Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  3. Able to multi-task and move quickly from one task to another
  4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently 
  5. High analytical skills
  6. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard operating systems
 
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  1. High School diploma preferred with a minimum 1-3 years of customer service and/or manufacturing experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with SAP
 
Responsibilities of position





DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
  2. Process incoming requests from customers for RMA credit within company guidelines
  3. Respond to customer non-technical problems in a timely fashion
  4. Monitor customer response tracking software and give out RMA numbers to all customers after they agree to terms and answer or forward any questions customers may have
  5. Give estimates for repair of RMA’s and follow up with customer to ensure timely processing
  6. Work closely with internal purchasing department on OEM products at vendor for repair
  7. Work closely with sales and technical support groups to ensure customer satisfaction 
  8. Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
  2. Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
  3. General office environment
