  2. Working knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting and invoicing
  3. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  5. Professional communication and customer service skills
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
  8. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Responsibilities of position




Arvida Labs is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office and operations teams
  • Manage data entry, document organization, and filing systems
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and coordinate internal communications
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and general office coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company information
 Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
