Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Prior experience in administration, purchasing, or logistics (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and hardware store products
- Ability to complete online purchases efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lists, filters, data entry)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Purchase materials as needed by the team
- Place online orders from vendors such as Home Depot and Sherwin-Williams
- Organize and coordinate daily/weekly delivery driver schedules
- Track and help maintain warehouse material inventory
- Use Excel to update purchase lists, inventory logs, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal staff
- Provide general administrative support as needed
