Requirements of position



 
We are looking for reliable Cooks and Dishwashers to join our team for weekend events in South Bend, IN. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting special events as needed.
 
·  Prior kitchen experience (cooking or dishwashing required)
·  Open weekend availability and flexibility with varying shift times
·  Ability to stand for the entire shift
·  Strong work ethic and reliability
·  Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
·  Must maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position




 Cooks:
  1. Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
  2. Assist with event setup and cleanup
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  4. Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently
Dishwashers:
  1. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  2. Assist with general cleaning and organization of the kitchen
  3. Support cooks and staff as needed during events
  4. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
