Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment (MHE), using RF scanners, and performing a variety of warehouse functions including stocking, receiving, replenishment, and order selection.
Responsibilities
Stocking
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Operate order pickers and reach trucks
- Hand stack or place full pallets of product into designated locations
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements
Replenishment
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Operate order pickers and other MHE as required
- Pull product from shelves by hand or move inventory using rolling carts
- Replenish picking locations using RF scanning systems
Receiving
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Break down and sort mixed product pallets
- Receive and process inventory using RF scanners
- Ensure accurate inbound product verification and organization
Order Selection
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pick and stage customer orders using voice picking technology
- Place completed orders onto conveyor systems for outbound processing
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, rolling carts)
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, stacking, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse/distribution center setting
- Team-based operation with safety and accuracy as top priorities
- Temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled areas depending on department
