Requirements of position
A growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Miami Gardens is seeking a responsible, safety-minded Warehouse Worker / Driver to support internal logistics and
warehouse operations. This hybrid role is approximately 70% warehouse work and 30% driving, delivering finished products and materials between company facilities in Miami Gardens and Medley.
The ideal candidate will assist with warehouse operations—including receiving, inventory management, and material handling—while also operating a 26–30 ft box truck for local deliveries. Candidates must be dependable, organized, and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
- Safely operate a 26–30 ft box truck to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between facilities.
- Load and unload trucks using sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, and staging.
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, and label goods for transport or storage.
- Follow delivery schedules and internal routing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for shipping, receiving, and internal transfers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Keep the truck and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all OSHA, DOT, GMP, and company safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and logistics teams.
