The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Warehouse Specialists to work at a company located in the Medley area!
Warehouse Specialists
Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: 7am - 4pm or 8am – 5pm. Candidates must be willing to work any day of the week (including Saturday and Sunday) but will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off.
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Benefits: 401K with Matches, Health Insurance (70% paid by employer), 15 vacation days and 5 sick days.
We are hiring professionals for key roles in shipment control and auditing, as well as general warehouse organization and tracking.
Main Responsibilities:
• Physical inspection of products and pallets for dispatch
• Document control and compliance with outbound processes
• Support with inventory, control, and general order
• Reporting deviations and coordinating with quality and logistics
• Load and unload trucks, stack and store products in the correct warehouse areas.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, staging, and replenishing inventory.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work efficiently in cold (32°F/0°C) and freezer (-10°F/-23°C or lower) environments for extended periods.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed (manual pallet movement, labeling, scanning, etc.).
Qualifications:
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Required: 2 or more years of warehouse experience
• Preferred: Experience working in a cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in cold and freezing conditions with proper PPE.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills a plus.
