| Office / Administrative Support Key Points
Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets
Process purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and receipts
Label, scan, and track inventory using RF scanners or WMS systems
Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors
