Shift: 3rd Shift ONLY (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team for the dedicated 3rd Shift. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials within our regulated environment. Due to the diverse nature of our operations, fluency in Spanish (bilingual proficiency) is required for effective team collaboration and safety communication.

Key Responsibilities

•     Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, potentially forklifts) to safely move, stage, and store sensitive materials throughout the facility.

•     Shipping & Receiving Support: Assist with the manual loading and unloading of trucks, verifying item counts against bills of lading (BOLs).

•     Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records to ensure stock accuracy, adhering to strict pharmaceutical lot and location control procedures.

•     Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.

•     Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, Standard Operating

Team Communication: Must be able to clearly communicate operational updates and address issues with Spanish-speaking teammates and supervisors.
