Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM 
$65,000 - $70,000 
 
Job Description:                                                          
 
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
  • Manage all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and distribution. 
  • Oversee the movement of raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. 
  • Ensure proper material flow to support production schedules and customer orders. 
  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures that maximize efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. 
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to cGMP standards. 
Inventory Control & Accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and physical inventories. 
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. 
  • Monitor inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems. 
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure inventory accuracy. 
  • Manage FIFO/FEFO inventory practices. 
  • Monitor inventory turns and warehouse capacity utilization. 
Regulatory Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, SOPs, OSHA requirements, and company policies. 
  • Support internal and external audits. 
  • Maintain warehouse documentation and records according to regulatory standards. 
  • Ensure proper segregation and handling of quarantined, released, rejected, and returned materials. 
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all warehouse activities meet quality requirements. 
Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. 
  • Establish productivity goals and monitor employee performance metrics. 
  • Promote a positive culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Manage staffing levels to meet operational demands. 
Shipping & Receiving
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments. 
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and production requirements. 
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities with carriers and customers. 
  • Monitor freight costs and shipping efficiencies. 
  • Verify accuracy of receiving and shipping documentation. 
Safety Management
  • Promote a safe working environment and enforce OSHA regulations. 
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and warehouse audits. 
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. 
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment. 
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operating costs. 
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. 
  • Analyze KPIs and warehouse metrics to improve performance. 
  • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting company growth. 
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. 
  • Equivalent experience will be considered. 
Experience
  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic, or Medical Device manufacturing strongly preferred. 
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees. 
  • Strong understanding of cGMP and FDA-regulated environments. 
Technical Skills
  • ERP/WMS experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar). 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Inventory management and cycle count experience. 
  • Shipping and logistics coordination experience. 
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Forklift Certification. 
  • APICS/CPIM Certification. 
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. 
  • Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment when necessary.
