- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including overseeing daily operations related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination, including freight management, fleet oversight, and dispatching to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
- Coordinate production planning with manufacturing teams to align warehouse activities with overall supply chain demands.
- Ensure accurate documentation of freight movements, shipping & receiving records, and inventory transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis using supply chain management best practices such as demand planning and inventory management.
