Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, Monday-Friday position supporting a fast-paced distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys staying organized, managing inventory, and working independently. This position offers the potential to become permanent based on performance and attendance.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming warehouse shipments
- Break down pallets and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup and internal distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Perform routine housekeeping throughout the warehouse
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Occasionally drive a company vehicle to pick up products (approximately once every three months)
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable using a company vehicle when needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and solve problems as they arise
- Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to qualify for an Ohio Solicitor's Permit (required for occasional company vehicle use)
- Closed-toe shoes required; steel-toe boots are strongly preferred
