A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products within a warehouse environment. They ensure inventory is handled accurately, safely, and efficiently to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock audits.
- Label, sort, and track products using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages (often up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Basic math and inventory management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse operations or equipment is a plus.
