$17.00/hr.  Hours: 7am – 3:30pm
 
Requirements of position



 
  1. Valid Driver’s License
  2. Own reliable transportation that can stay on site with you
  3. Ability to travel to different locations daily – between Marshall, Battle Creek & Kalamazoo MI.
  4. Strong understanding of quality inspection
  5. Ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot the grinders used for quality.
  6. Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
  7. Willing to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position



  1. Travel between Marshall, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo as needed to support operations
  2. Lead and support quality inspection teams on the production floor
  3. Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and daily reporting
  4. Address and resolve floor issues promptly, including quality concerns and team conflicts
  5. Maintain clear, constant communication with client contacts regarding staffing, quality issues, and production needs
  6. Ensure all inspections meet client quality standards and specifications
  7. Train, coach, and mentor team members on inspection processes and expectations
  8. Monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality procedures
  9. Document defects, corrective actions, and inspection results accurately
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and inspection team
