Job Squad is looking for Training Coordinator in Downers Grove, IL for AM and PM SHIFTS!!!
 
Job Duties:
  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  3. Prior training experience preferred
  4. Ability to work both in an office setting and on the production floor
  5. Flexibility to stay late or come in early as needed
  6. Manufacturing experience
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Ability to track and manage training documentation
  9. Comfortable holding employees accountable to complete training requirements
  10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  11. Strong follow-up skills
  12. Professional and confident when interacting with operators and leadership
  13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
For training it will be 6am – 2 pm.
