Pay/hours for position
$16-17/ hr/ 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM M-F, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Saturday, Saturdays are
mandatory, will get Sundays off and one day off between M-F
Requirements of position
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment handling customer cargo
• Ability to type at above average speed
• Great customer service
• Can read and write in English fluently • Must be able to drive box truck • Must have a class E license • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use warehouse equipment safely • Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics • can read and write in English fluently • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Customer service 1 year (preferred) • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred) • Truck driving: 1 year (preferred)
Responsibilities of position
• Answer incoming calls on bookings, schedules, and service inquiries
• Calculate rates, process payments, and generate shipping paperwork
• Handle documentation discrepancies with customers and secure
approvals
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and properly secure cargo transport
