Ocean/Air Export coordinator experience
 2. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field is preferred.
 3. Proven experience in import coordination, customs compliance, or freight forwarding operations.
 4. In-depth knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements in the USA.
 5. Familiarity with shipping documents and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
 6. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, carriers, customs officials, and internal teams.
 8. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to import coordination and documentation.
 9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 10. Knowledge of international trade agreements, INCO terms, and transportation modes is a plus.
 11. Certification or training in customs compliance or trade compliance is desirable.
