- Export. Ocean/. Caribbean experience a must.
- Magaya a must
- 3-5 Years in the shipping industry.
- Know Documents. EI, Custom Forms, Customer Service
- Strong organizational skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software:
- Utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) and other software.
- Knowledge of shipping and transportation logistics: Understanding various modes of transportation and related regulations.
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to shipping and transportation.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

- Coordinating and scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Tracking inventory levels, managing stock availability, and preparing materials for shipment.
- Managing transportation providers, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient movement of goods.
- Managing customer orders, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accuracy of shipping documents.
- Ensuring that all shipping and transportation processes comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Tracking and analyzing shipment data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
