Payrate: $22-33 (Based on experience)
Hours: 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-12:30am or 3:30pm to 1:30am Monday through
Saturday (Sundays as needed)
*Must be available to train on 1st Shift
Requirements of position
Skills and Qualifications: · Experience: At least 3 years of experience in tool making or metalworking, with a strong background in precision machining and fabrication. · Machinery Knowledge: Expertise with manual equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders. · Tooling & Fabrication: Proven ability to create, maintain, and repair tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies. · Material Expertise: Deep understanding of material properties, including steel, aluminum, and other alloys. · Precision Measurement: Proficiency in using tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges for precise measurements. · Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve tool malfunctions, wear, and material flaws. · Adaptability: Able to modify and enhance existing tools to meet specific production requirements. · Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and move heavy objects and work in an industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery. · Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication to collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders. · Education: High school diploma or GED required. · Pre-Employment Screening: Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.

· Collaborating with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet production deadlines. · Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
