Requirements of position

This is a Food product manufacturing facility. Monday-Friday 6am to 2pm. with occasional O.T. as required.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

This role involves maintaining IT servers and managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations within the facility's IT infrastructure.

 Responsibilities
 • Assess and troubleshoot various desktop, software, network, and office equipment issues.
 ,• Maintain the server room, ensuring cleanliness and checking for alerts.
 ,• Complete end user requests, including updating intranet content and setting up VPN connections.
 • Manage desktop installations, including Microsoft updates and anti-virus operations.
 • Oversee printer management, including toner replacement and maintenance tracking.
 • Handle phone management tasks such as adding extensions and resetting voicemail passwords.
 ,• Log and manage IT inventory for the facility, including laptops and networking equipment.

 • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 • Proficient with a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.

Candidates Must be available for any occasional required overtime:  

 

Must be able to pass Drug Screening test and background check.

Must be either a High School Diploma Grad (OR) have a GED Certificate.
