Pay Range $14.25 - $18.00 based on experience – Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm
Requirements of position
READING AND WRITING IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED You will need to be able to train on 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm for possibly 2 weeks. Lifting up to 50lbs and be able to move quickly and efficiently Interact with outgoing Team Lead at shift change to understand what issues must be addressed at the start of the shift. Check each machine to know what jobs are running and what materials are being used. Bring mixed material to machines and fill hoppers as needed. Alert department Manager to machine, material, or personnel problems. Operate machines to cover operator break times. Log operators in/out of jobs. Perform job closures and inventory moves (from machines to Takeaway Zones). Ensure that Machine areas are cleared in preparation for mold changes. Tool totes on Production tables to be checked at beginning and end of each shift. Train assembly workers to log in and out of jobs and add and return materials. Make sure all returned materials are labeled with correct part number and count. Maintain clean assembly tables and clear walkways Other duties as assigned.
