 $18.50 7am-3:30pm $20.50 3:30pm-12:00am

Requirements of position

  This position is responsible for organizing, directing, training, and effectively communicating productivity, efficiency, and

behavioral expectations to the personnel on the production line to which they are assigned as lead, while ensuring that operating

Procedures are followed and quality standards are met. This position is also responsible for communicating any issues (quality,

productivity, personnel, etc.) to line supervision and/or production management in a timely manner. This position is responsible

for monitoring quality on the assigned line and ensuring that the product being packed out matches the specifications provided

by quality control, as well as communicating those requirements to line personnel.

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

Must be at least 18 years of age; 

Completion of high school diploma or GED; 

Must be able to provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, and write).
