| Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, purchasing, or data entry.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with demand planning, forecasting, or purchasing tools (e.g., NetSuite, Demand Works Smoothie, Netstock).
- Exposure to international logistics or experience managing long lead times.
- Understanding of retail or seasonal inventory dynamics.

Summary:
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team and support day-to-day planning operations. This role combines inventory analysis, forecasting support, and data management — ideal for candidates looking to grow into a demand or inventory planning position with hands-on exposure to the planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demand and inventory planning processes, including forecast adjustments and replenishment monitoring.
- Input, update, and maintain planning data (forecasts, sales trends, inventory metrics) in internal systems.
- Monitor inventory levels across product lines and flag stock risks or availability issues.
- Own production planning and scheduling to align supply with demand.
- Help prepare reports and dashboards on sales performance, demand trends, and stock positions.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align on forecasts, inventory status, and upcoming needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, data audits, and system updates within the planning team.
- Perform routine data entry and ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Provide additional administrative support related to planning as needed.
