- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

| The Staff Accountant will assist with maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and eager to grow in the field of accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations for monthly and year-end closing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all accounting regulations and internal controls.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
