 $18.50 -$20.00/HR Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Requirements of position



 Company located in Covington Township, PA is looking for a Lead for their new facility to assist with setting up the warehouse and manage employees. 
At least 1 year with leadership experience and 3 years of experience with all aspects of warehouse work along side driving forklift’s.
  1. Leads the department in accomplishing daily goals 
  2. Trains and directs employees; gives directions to employees and changes over personnel. 
  3. Ensures safety procedures set forth by the company are being adhered to. 
  4. Works under minimal supervision.
  5. Resolves most questions and problems as tasks are frequently non-routine.
  6. Is able to perform job duties assigned and work alongside employees.
Knowledge and Skills
  1. Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
  2. Can operate Forklift
  3. Basic computer skills are essential.
  4. Ability to supervise others.
  5. Ability to read and understand schedules. · Ability to perform precise measurements and use mechanical equipment.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
