Responsible for supervising the staff
Must have 3 + years spa management experience
Hiring and training
Recruiting reps for staff training.

Setting up meetings with the Product Sales Reps
Revenue growth and retail sales
Exceptional customer service
Co-management with social media and engagement
Revenue growth and retail sales

Co-management with social media and engagement
Respond to social media posts
Grow bookings and increase sales
Calling clients and emails. (NO Outside sales, just current clients)
Conduct regular meetings with front staff
Ensure every patient receives exceptional service from entrance to departure.
Knowledge of spa software – MEEVO
