$75K-$110K 
Requirements of position



  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years in a formulation and/or R&D role within an FDA-regulated industry (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, research, personal care, etc.). 
 
Responsibilities of position




We seek a hands-on and innovative professional to lead our Soft Chews Humans operations and support the development of new supplement products. This position combines day-to-day production oversight with R&D and process improvement. Ideal candidates will have a background in chemistry or formulation, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and have experience in project management with the ability to manage complex product development.
 
  1. Supervise and assist production staff; ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols. 
  2. Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. 
  3. Collaborate with leadership to formulate and develop new products. 
  4. Support in-house Soft Chews Human processes and help scale production methods. 
  5. Maintain and implement GMP compliance through SOPs, documentation, and daily oversight. 
  6. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and assist with daily pickups if needed. 
  7. Handle operational tasks such as label printing, batch number updates, and preparing shipments. 
  8. Contribute to broader company initiatives as needed.
