| Proficient in MS Office, (Word and Excel)
Preparing estimates in Word Format, & PDF, for submittal to owner
Monitoring Attendance and Gate Logs for Accounting (Payroll and AR)
Review of Weekly erected/dismantle scaffolding reports for submittal
Monitoring/managing equipment utilization an inventory (field and excel)
Monthly KPI reporting
Purchasing – soliciting vendor quotations, submitting requisitions, and ordering
Interface with Client
Manpower Forecast and procurement/scheduling
Bid Log Management
Managing Call out Resources (scheduling)
Maintain Personnel Logs
Monthly Fuel Reports-Review and approve.
HS Diploma. Preferably +2. Industrial Management Experience.
Cost Controls/management
40 hours per week.
