Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of domestic freight carriers LTF/FTL, parcel shipping (UPS, FedEX, USPS,DHL)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping/logistics software (ERP, WMS, or TMS).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Outbound Logistics:
- Arrange and track all outgoing shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL, air, and ocean) across the USA.
- Generate shipping documents (BOL, packing lists, labels, customs forms).
- Ensure accuracy in routing, carrier selection, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues with carriers or customers.
- Operational Support:
- Maintain daily shipping and receiving logs.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to meet delivery requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other shipping regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on shipping performance, costs, and KPls.
