This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and warehouse procedures.ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer orders for shipmentVerify products, quantities, lot numbers, and shipping documentsCreate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of ladingCoordinate pickups with carriers and driversInspect orders for accuracy and damage before shipmentStage, wrap, label, and organize palletsEnter shipment information accurately into the company systemMaintain shipping records and inventory documentationCommunicate shipment delays or discrepancies to managementKeep the shipping area clean, organized, and inspection-readyFollow SOPs, cGMP requirements, PPE rules, and safety proceduresAssist with loading and other warehouse duties as neededQualificationsPrevious shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferredExperience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic manufacturing is a plusFamiliarity with shipping documents and carrier systems preferredBasic computer and data-entry skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsDependable attendance and reliable transportation required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Schedule: 8:30 am-5 pmPay Rate $20.00 per hour.

Position Overview
We are seeking a is seeking an organized and dependable Shipping Clerk to prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments in a fast-paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and warehouse procedures.
Responsibilities
Prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify products, quantities, lot numbers, and shipping documents
Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
Coordinate pickups with carriers and drivers
Inspect orders for accuracy and damage before shipment
Stage, wrap, label, and organize pallets
Enter shipment information accurately into the company system
Maintain shipping records and inventory documentation
Communicate shipment delays or discrepancies to management
Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, PPE rules, and safety procedures
Assist with loading and other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic manufacturing is a plus
Familiarity with shipping documents and carrier systems preferred
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
