Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food products.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA labeling, and handling requirements for nutraceuticals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Prepare, package, and label nutraceutical products for shipment according to company and regulatory standards.
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents, including invoices, packing slips, and product manifests.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movement.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure all shipping activities adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving areas.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping issues or discrepancies.
