Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics—preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA compliance standards.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Fishbowl).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments of nutraceutical products according to customer orders and shipping schedules.
- Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including product type, quantity, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- Generate packing lists, shipping labels, and required documentation for each shipment.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company quality standards, GMP, and FDA regulations.
- Inspect packaging to ensure proper sealing, labeling, and product protection.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for pickups, delivery confirmations, and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movement, and daily logs in ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink wrap machines safely and efficiently.
- Support periodic inventory counts and assist in maintaining organized warehouse storage areas.
