 $20.00 Weekend Shift Fri-Sun 11am-11:30pm  

Requirements of position 

  Required Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Minimum 3 months of customer service or shipping/receiving experience 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Basic computer and data entry skills 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40–50 lbs 

• Flexible schedule (weekends required) 

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strong plus 

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or shipping clerk experience 

Responsibilities of position 

Key Responsibilities 

• Process inbound and outbound shipments (paperwork and physical verification) 

• Verify counts, weights, and shipment details against BOLs, invoices, and orders 

• Schedule and manage delivery appointments 

• Inspect trailers and packages for damage, accuracy, or tampering 

• Ensure proper labeling and routing of shipments 

• Maintain shipment records, logs, and documentation 

• Communicate shipping/receiving issues with internal teams 

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and site safety rules 

• Load/unload packages as needed (up to 40–50 lbs) 

• Other duties as assigned
