| Requirements of position

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical/electrical technology is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment (cosmetics, pharma, or food industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic components, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with GMP and FDA compliance standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary.

| We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to support our cosmetic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair production and packaging machinery including fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, and conveyors.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly to avoid production delays.
- Adjust machine settings for product changeovers and troubleshoot minor electrical or pneumatic problems.
- Read and interpret mechanical diagrams, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals and ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions.
