Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Completion of Genesis University coursework or certification (or a related recognized certificate) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pool, spa, landscape, or water feature design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and/or 3D modeling software.
- Strong creative design sense with excellent technical and construction knowledge.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environment.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|

|
|
- Develop creative concepts for pools, spas, water features, and aquatic environments.
- Produce design drawings, technical plans, and presentation materials.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
- Lead design reviews and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and luxury standards while respecting budgets and timelines.
- Mentor junior designers and drafters, fostering team development.
