| Requirements of position
|
|
| • Start in packing; train for support and machine operator
• Must stay at assigned machine • Lift up to 50 lbs • Able to climb stairs • Forklift experience preferred • Earbuds allowed if communication is maintained |

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
| • Tiered training structure
• Level 1: Packer – Fill boxes, monitor machine, restock supplies, report issues (1–2 days)
• Level 2: Support – Stack/palletize, operate forklift, prep boxes, supply materials, assist team (≈2 weeks)
• Level 3: Machine Operator – Run machine, change rolls, maintain flow, adjust settings, troubleshoot (≈3–4 weeks, ongoing)
