Job Title: Sanitation Associate
Job Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:$15.50/ hr/ 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performs work as assigned by the FSQA Manager
• Distribute general supplies throughout the plant, offices and employee breakrooms
• Maintain general cleanliness of the offices, enclosed areas of plant, and exterior of the facility
• Monitor supplies inventory (cleaning tools, boots, chemicals, production utensils, PPEs, etc.)
• Perform deep cleaning tasks according to sanitation schedule, including cleaning ceilings, lights, walls, and some equipment, etc.
• Complete sanitation related logs as needed (Chemical strength checks, Cooler sanitation log, miscellaneous sanitation logs, etc.)
• Perform special cleaning projects as needed
• Perform off shift or weekend deep cleaning as needed in the plant
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years in manufacturing/ sanitation environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
• The ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment to perform job duties.
• The ability to work in cold (32 to 45F) and wet environment
• Ability to work on the production floor and stand for more than two hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
Health & Safety Requirements:
• Observe and follow all safety rules
• Wear required PPE
• Follow mandated OSHA regulations
• Report all incidents including near misses immediately
