| Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a sales or service oriented role
- Experience with contractual agreements preferred.
- Previous industrial equipment experience a plus.

| Toyota forklift dealer in South Florida since 1969, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support specialist!
What you'll do:
- Working directly with a Sales representative.
- Process sales quotes generated by the sales team for potential new customers.
- Direct communication with the dealer network to assist with lift truck orders, specification changes, modifications, production lead times, and production delays.
- Invoicing new lift truck orders.
- Arrange financing for customers with the financing department.
- Ordering, maintaining, and tracking of new equipment.
- Tracking of new equipment delivery dates.
- Daily review and notification of delayed vehicles to dealer network.
- Daily processing of specification change request for vehicles with special designs.
- Maintain database related to available stock inventory.
- Compile various reports as required by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to support internal and external customer needs.
Who you are:
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for multitasking.
- Impeccable customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to calculate figures, add, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate interest and taxes.
- Demonstrate above average time management, organizational, and cooperation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Digital signature skills, like DocuSign.
- Bring positive energy and attitude to the job.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
