Education and Experience
 
  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. 2-3 years of work experience in a sales or service oriented role
  4. Experience with contractual agreements preferred.
  5. Previous industrial equipment experience a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Toyota forklift dealer in South Florida since 1969, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support specialist!
 
What you'll do:
 
  1. Working directly with a Sales representative.
  2. Process sales quotes generated by the sales team for potential new customers.
  3. Direct communication with the dealer network to assist with lift truck orders, specification changes, modifications, production lead times, and production delays.
  4. Invoicing new lift truck orders.
  5. Arrange financing for customers with the financing department.
  6. Ordering, maintaining, and tracking of new equipment.
  7. Tracking of new equipment delivery dates.
  8. Daily review and notification of delayed vehicles to dealer network.
  9. Daily processing of specification change request for vehicles with special designs.
  10. Maintain database related to available stock inventory.
  11. Compile various reports as required by management.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to support internal and external customer needs.
 
Who you are:
 
  1. Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for multitasking.
  2. Impeccable customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
  3. Ability to calculate figures, add, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate interest and taxes.
  4. Demonstrate above average time management, organizational, and cooperation skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  7. Digital signature skills, like DocuSign.
  8. Bring positive energy and attitude to the job.
  9. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  10. Prior experience in sales support role a strong asset.
