  1. Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  2. Background in contract manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or B2B sales.
  3. Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, disciplined with CRM usage.
 
Responsibilities of position




The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of the sales team (8 reps), providing coaching, accountability, and structure. This role ensures consistent execution of sales processes, achievement of revenue targets, and strong collaboration with internal departments (production, QA, supply chain, customer service).
Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and mentor sales reps, providing training, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews.
    • Monitor sales metrics (pipeline health, close rates, margin performance).
    • Serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues before they reach the Sales Director.
    • Coordinate with production and operations to ensure customer commitments are met.
    • Standardize proposals, quotes, and presentations for consistency.
    • Report weekly sales performance to Sales Director.
