  2. Strong phone presence and ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
  3. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
  4. Comfort guiding families through online forms or data‑collection processes.
  5. Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to individual family needs.
  6. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems or lead‑tracking tools preferred.
  8. Passion for helping families access educational opportunities is a plus.

JobSquad is hiring for a local charter school in the Detroit Area to assist families through the enrollment process. We're looking for reliable individuals to join the team as an Enrollment Outreach Specialist—an essential role in the connecting local families with opportunity!
  1. Position Overview:
     This role focuses on making outbound calls to families who expressed interest in our sports camps, guiding them through camp registration, introducing them to the organization, and completing our interest form over the phone. Ideal candidates have strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls.

     Responsibilities include:

  2. Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective families generated through Google Ads and other lead sources.
  3. Clearly communicate the value of the client and our sports camp offerings.
  4. Convert leads into camp registrations by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding families through the sign‑up process.
  5. Walk families through the interest form over the phone with accuracy and professionalism.
  6. Warm‑transfer families to the appropriate customer service or enrollment team member to complete the full school application.
  7. Document call outcomes, notes, and follow‑up needs in the designated CRM or tracking system.
  8. Maintain a positive, service‑oriented tone that reflects our mission and values.
  9. Meet daily and weekly outreach, conversion, and quality targets.
  10. Handle sensitive family information with confidentiality and care.
