We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in startup settings or organizations undergoing restructuring. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team Manage and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline tracking within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Sage) Assist with order processing, reporting, and coordination using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage) Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support business development efforts Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and other internal departments Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies, especially during periods of organizational change Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
