| Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Provide technical EHS Support to production and plant employees
- Assist with wellness programs and objectives
- Coordinate training programs
- Serve as liaison with the onsite physical therapist and staffing agency to ensure compliance with workers compensation
- Must have outstanding personal skills, skilled communicator,, and interact effectively with all level of employees
- Excellent presentation skills
- Microsoft, excel, powerpoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Have knowledge and assist with OSHA, DOT, and other agencies/departments
- Assist with maintaining OSHA logs and metrics
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Maintain safety program records to stay in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other agencies
- Provide technical support to promote safe behavior on the work floor
- Assist with maintaining current, consistent EHS programs and policies
- Assist with safety training
